State government prime minister: Wen jiabao issued on the government work report that it is a critical year for our government to reach the goal of saving energy and reduce emission. So we should increase our responsibility and step of saving energy and reduce emission and do our best to attain large success.   
    Wen jiabao emphasized :1)We should plan and wash out the power industry, steel industry, cement industry and paper factory which do not have the ability to make mass production and carry out perfectly the corresponding measures.2)Control the important enterprise to do the good job on saving energy and decreasing emission.3) Research and extend new technology ,like saving ,replacement, recycle using resources .4) Do the good job on the big river and region pollution prevention and cure.5) Improve the source of drinking water protection in rural city and expand the prevention and cure on life using water and control the agricultural pollution.6)Encourage and develop recycling economy. 7) Increase the protection of soil, water, grassland and mine and economize using.8) Improve the ability of climate changing and the related building.9) Encourage the contributor and units.10) Summon all the nation to preserve the environment and build the energy-saving and environment-friend society.
