The 32th meeting of China Tenth People Commissary　passed the editted water pollution　prevention and cure law on 28th this year and the law will be implemented formally on jult,1st.
    Private constituting and give out waste water will be punished seriously. And the law regulate :1) Violate the law and administration code and the state government ‘s provision and the pollution water releasing factory must be stopped in a regulated period  , forfeit  more than 20 thousands and less than 100 thousands RMB(1 RMB is about 7.8 USD dollars) by the county government ; 2) If the pollution water releasing factory not stop the action in regulated time, the factory will be backout and the fee take on by the factory, forfeit more than 100 thousands and less than 500 thousands RMB; 3)If the condition is serious, the factory will be stop production.
